How do you make perfect custard? Tips?
I cannot get my custard to set. I followed directions in Martha Stewart and another Cookbook Recipe. I continue to have problems with the edges of the custard setting and the middle being too runny. I use water in a baking dish, a towel as a buffer, and custard cups.
Is there any way you can copy/paste the actual recipe so that we can see it to give some pointers/tips??? T
If we could see the recipe, it would help to pinpoint what is exactly going on with the “non setting” of your custard….
