Does anyone know about smoking walnut REAL?

I want to know how to smoke the ribs of walnut. Not interested in the kitchen on the first house, or use charcoal. I'm talking about the ribs smoked in moist heat for about eight to 12 hours. I have the ribs, some pieces of walnut, and a little something round barbecue with a metal grille and an air vent. Real hickory smoked ribs I ate recently in Arkansas, in a place that had a smokehouse in the back. How do you approach this basic equipment and simple?

We smoke a lot of meat. Some smokers have pots of water, some not. Do not use a pot of water for a longer time since they began smoking meats in this way. Walnut Place your chips in a foil packet, puncture with a stylus to create subtle flavor hickory smoked. If we have is, in fact, a smoker, light a slow fire, place the ribs on the grill and place the foil packet on the coals. Also a lot of wood smoke can cause the bitter taste of meat. Smoke the ribs for about an hour. Then, remove from smoker, place in a saucepan, cover with foil and cook in the oven for about 4 hours at 325 degrees. You can continue to cook the ribs in the smoker, but do not add Hickory, as he wants to taste a subtle smoky flavor, no bitterness. You can do this with roast pork shoulder, beef brisket, steak.
