what is a quick way to Lose Weight? perhaps even a fad diet that easy?

I have the hardest time stickin 2 the Atkins Diet because all care not to drink diet soda or eat much meat, so can someone suggest another diet for me to be able to lose weight fast? I have a belly I'm trying to lose cuz I am not great but not anywhere else. Thanks for the help.

Diets are lame. It's easy to lose weight. 1) Eat a healthy diet (I mean the as a permanent diet of changing what you eat, not a quick or fad) of vegetables, fruits and lean meats. Eat small meals a day 5-6 instead of 1-2 large ones. 2) Exercise 30-60 minutes a day.
