Vegetarian Cookbook opinion?
I'm going to live in Europe for a year, and grocery stores are much smaller and ingredients more limited than found in the United States, Canada or Western Europe. Do you know of any delicious vegetarian cookbooks with lists of ingredients relatively simple? I mean, not just meat and potatoes there, you can find fruits, vegetables, grains, not just India or Thailand's exotic spices or any of those delicious things (unfortunately). Looking for something a little more stripped, but delicious. Also tofu recipes but the best because I'm not sure how easy it is to find. Thanks!
I would like to see if there is a library of English in their new neighborhood that is a translation of a book relatively local cooking. Best way to get the recipes to work with local foods. Allrecipes.com also has a search function where you can select ingredients which ingredients you want and do not want. Sounds like it would be very helpful too.
