What is a good cookbook for a vegetarian bachelor who has fast food, but expensive no?
My mom is looking for a cookbook for Christmas for 23 years of age, my brother. He lives on his own and is vegetarian. She wants to get something that fast food is cheap, and also works full time. She does not want anything that has squid or something in it. I've seen in a bookstore, but if I find one to fast foods are not cheap and if I can not find one that is cheap, the food can take hours to prepare! Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
