How do I get a refund on withdrawal from the toy tool Black & Decker?
My son received a Christmas gift of a huge Toy set Black & Decker tools. When I tried to return the duplicate (toy) at Target, I said there was no value and the toy is recalled. No information provided on this toy and I wonder why we remember and how to get my money?
If there was a memory target should have been able to provide that information. As retailers get information sheets to give consumers instructions on what to do with the recalled products. I did some research, but could not find any information on withdrawal of B & D and brand toys and appliances only.
