I am looking for a Healthy Cookbook / Diet Plan that does not involve a lot of crazy ingredients?
Most books diet plan and cookbooks include unusual ingredients that can only be used for one or two dishes, and over time difficult economic situation that can not afford afford to spend hundreds of grocery stores. I am big on nutrition and Healthy Eating and wants to lose 20 pounds. Can anyone suggest some books for me? Thank you!
I like a book called The Vegetarian Cookbook by Carole Raymond student. I'm not vegetarian, but I like to make vegetarian food sometimes because it is cheap and healthy, and is fairly easy to add or replace meat in a recipe, if you're wanting meat. It also has some healthy dessert recipes. The cookbook was written specifically for college students, so the recipes are easy, require no foreign ingredients, and above all things is designed for someone on a budget.
